1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the hijau888 platform (accessible at hijau888.co and any subdomains thereof, collectively the "Platform"), you ("User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with the hijau888 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on the hijau888 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.
• Notify hijau888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

hijau888 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any point in the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: at registration, prior to first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds defined thresholds, or when account activity triggers internal risk review. Required KYC documents may include a government-issued identity document (MyKad, passport) and proof of payment method ownership.

Accounts that fail KYC verification within the requested timeframe may be restricted or closed. Real-money balances in closed unverified accounts are handled in accordance with applicable licensing requirements and anti-money laundering obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. hijau888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank IBanking, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are as displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in account restriction pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering control measure. hijau888 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using instant payment channels; however, processing times may extend due to KYC review requirements, payment network delays, or security review procedures.

4.3 Currency. All account balances, wagers, and transactions on the hijau888 Platform are denominated in MYR. No currency conversion is applied to MYR transactions.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months are classified as inactive. hijau888 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances, as specified in the Platform cashier terms. Users will be notified by email prior to any deduction commencing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and promotional credits ("Promotional Funds") offered by hijau888 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

General bonus conditions that apply to all Promotional Funds unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Promotional Funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games — as specified per promotion — contribute to wagering requirement completion. Free spins winnings, side bets, and certain table game bets may be excluded.
• hijau888 reserves the right to void Promotional Funds and associated winnings where fraudulent bonus claiming, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion is detected.
• Multiple accounts may not be used to claim the same promotion. Promotional Funds are non-transferable between accounts.
• hijau888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would materially affect a promotion that a User is actively satisfying wagering requirements for.

6. Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the hijau888 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or sporting event. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that game.

• Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. hijau888 reserves the right to void bets placed at palpably incorrect odds, in circumstances of system errors, or where match integrity concerns are identified.
• Live Casino: All live dealer game results are final once the round is closed and confirmed by the dealer. Technical interruptions that prevent a bet from being placed do not create any entitlement. Bets placed and accepted prior to any technical failure remain valid.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hijau888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

8. Responsible Gaming
